improve screen breaks for different screens

Hi, my site looks great on almost all devices, except items with column of 4 for Large Screen (iPad Landscape) Screen size between 960px and 1199px, and items of 3 columns for Large Screen (iPad Landscape) Screen size between 960px and 1199px. The images and content get so bunched up. Would you provide the code for these to break earlier?

I tried changing
.vc_col-sm-3 {
width: 50%;
}

.vc_col-sm-4 {
width: 50%;
}

at smaller screen sizes, but I ran into problems with how they stacked and misaligned.
