image carousel not showing in backend

Hi, on my localhost I built an image carousel picking it up from WPBakery Page Builder, when I deploied the site on the remote server the carousel is showed only as code, if I go in the backend I just see the code and there is no possibility to set up a brand new one because there is no image carousel selectable.. can you help me?
