I can't install the theme on my CPANEL

Hello,

I’ve bought the Theme Unicon and I’ve installed in my server (host). It is already installed on my WordPress, but i cant import the demo anyway.
I’ve tried many times, in different ways, but it doesnt work. It is “loading” for hours (please see the attachment) and it doesnt import. I need your help.
i’ve created an admin user for you to access on my wordpress.
Could you please help me installing the demo?
