How to make mobile header sticky?

Hi there, thanks again for a great theme and the great support.

I’m using header v4, how can I make the mobile header sticky? It has the cart icon and for ecommerce site with 60% mobile traffic, the mobile menu really needs to be fixed up top, so visitors can quickly navigate and go to cart.
