how to import only one page demo

hi there – am trying to setup your website – but when i import all of the demo content it is pretty confusing as i have so many pages – i just want to import the one page demo – how do i do that? (when i google it, it comes up with an old website with a link saying to copy a demo page – but the page no longer exists: https://museomix.be/doc/assets/demopages/home_onepage.txt
