How to create responsive panel with text and icons

Hi Phil,
I’m trying to create in Visual Composer one panel with text ‘Download our mobile app’ + 2 icons there. My goal is create responsive panel which will looks like this:

I tried many different way how to do it but still no luck… My result here:
