Header logo in another language

hello,
i think there’s a bug and i don’t know how to fix it. please help.

on this page, which is in the Chinese language, if you click on the logo on the top left corner, what should happen is, it will take you to homepage in CHINESE, but it’s not, it’s going to the English homepage.
