Greek characters appear as ???

Hello Team,

We see that Greek characters for months appear as ??? in blog posts. For example in the home page http://infopower-hrms.gr/ (please visit the greek version and not the default en version) there is a news area (bloglist shortcode) .
Could you please take a look?
