Forgot password site looks funny

Hi,

When a (mobile device, at least iPhone)user in my site forgets his password and clicks “Forgot password”, this is what he sees:

“Username or E-mail: Get New Password

Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

[email field]

[button, with no text on it!]”

To me this looks a bit funny. How can I take away the first part “Username or E-mail: Get New Password” and to get the button to dispay text, like “Send” or “Submit”?
