Focal point of parallax background

Hi, I’ve got a row which is using a parallax background image. Is there a way to set a focal point so that when the user scrolls to the next row, the proper section of the image is displayed? Currently, the focal point of the background image is obscured by the time the user is reading the text of the next row.
