Few Problems

I just bought the Unicon theme yesterday and im trying to set it up correctly so I can start doing the website. Ive been trying all day to import demo with no success. I checked the tutorial and nothing worked. Ive not tried to import it manually and i dont understand it. And also I was installing Envato toolkit because WPbakery plugin needs update and I also wanted to check update for the theme. And i cant get it to work. Please help me….
