duplicate Header-5

Hello,

I would like to duplicate exactly header-5 on theme : http://unicon.minti-themes.com/header-5/

My website is https://www.jsitek-world.com/

My problem are :

– I have not respensive Menu when I choose transparent header on Theme Option
– I have to add plugin to show Menu on Mobile
