Disable mega menu on mobile?

Is it possible to disable the mega menu on mobile? Or to choose which items appear on the mobile menu? Our users are confused about having to click on a heading to open multiple levels of menu (especially since in order to open the “heading” of the mega menu, you have to click the arrow icon; if you click the word, nothing happens).

Is there a way we can tell our site to treat the menu as a normal dropdown menu on mobile, or tell it that if you click the entire word in the heading, you can open up the lower level subheadings (even without clicking on the tiny arrow)?
