Customize tabs

Hi! I’m using the tab element on this page: https://www.authenticfoodquest.com/resources-2/ – I’d like to do two things:

1. change the color of the tab (active and inactive) to specific hex codes – a little weird that you can only choose from a preset list of colors.
2. set a minimum width for the tabs so they’re equal to one another.
