Change TOGGLE text colour

When my toggle is condensed, the text is grey on a white background.
When it is expanded, the top sections turns to white text on a yellow background. This is difficult to read.
How do I make the text dark grey on the yellow background? I checked the styling in theme options, but can’t see an option.
