Change color of navigation in transparent header

Hi, through themeforest I asked how I can change the color of the navigation for the transparent header. I received the reply to do this through ‘Page Settings (underneath visual composer)’. Here I find lots of settings (for reading, writing, reactions, media etc), but not the option I need. I have checked all options in theme options and the customizer, but clearly `I am missing something here. Thanks for helping out.
