Cannot open created ticket (404)

Hi,
I cannot open my ticket. I see that there is some reply but when I click on ticket’s title (which is “logo redirect adds %2F”) I’m redirected to page:
“Not Found
The requested document was not found on this server.
Web Server at hellominti.com”
