cannot install WP Bakery plugin

Hi there,
Issue is in the title. I tried to install js composer from dashboard and from plugin directory. It fails, if install from plugins is says
cURL error 60: certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

if I upload plugin zip file from folder it says that that destination folder already exists. I renamed it and tried again, but got the same result.

though I successfully installed slider revolution and portfolio CPT plugins directly from zip files.

Any ideas on how to install WP Bakery?
