Button styling

Hi,

I’m hoping to made the styling of the “Accent Color” button different when you hover over the button. Currently, the button is my accent color, but when you hover, it goes to grey. I’d like the button to go to a white button with an outline in the accent color. Can you tell me how I can do this? I see no options for button styling in the theme options or customizations…
