Breadcrumbs issue on home page

Phil,

I am just starting to put the site together so only have a couple of pages up. I am building it from scratch and not using the demo content.
I noticed an interesting bug with the breadcrumbs: on pages other than the home page they display as expected.
However, on the Home page the breadcrumbs for some reason point to the blog (called ICARTALK in my case) page.

And by the way, where can I disable the breadcrumbs on the home page, if I decide to do that?
