Blog – Posts Page – Titlebar missing – No Featured Image below header

Something simple I know, frustrating all the same…
I update the page in editing to show a featured image below the header, nothing… same regardless of my option.
A setting somewhere? A bit of missing code to update?
I’ll kick myself I know….
But, appreciate your help!
