Block quote issues

Hi
Using the full page setting in the page settings, I have a layout where in the row I have a image to the left and text to the right (using the standard section in the row settings) which appears fine. Then I put a row under that which has text to the left and a block quote to the right (using the minti short code) and again standard section row setting, again all fine so far. Then underneath anytime I put something underneath where the block quote is, it blows out the layout of the standard section setting in the row. It looks more like it is set to full width with no padding to the sides (but it is still set to standard).

Any ideas why this is happening?
