Associating a shortcode with a button

Is there a way to associate a button with a shortcode instead of an URL?

For example, I have a map showing global partnerships. The maps are generated by a plugin that assigns a shortcode for each. Can I have a series of buttons on a page that load different shortcodes, and therefore different maps?
