Adding and removing image in parallax header

Hi, am trying to add the globe wire image in this page: http://unicon.hellominti.com/home/home-parallax/ ( In fact, I want to add this header to the about-us-freelancer page alltogether) But I am not sure where to put it.

Also, I’d like to remove this image from the header: http://unicon.hellominti.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/devices21.png but I can’t find where I can dismiss this image.

Could you provide me with directions?
