Hi I have purchased a theme from you and plan to try to use the addon for Visual Composer : https://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/templatera/
Having bought it though it seems that it is not showing up as it should and on further research it seems that I need to seek support from the theme creator to allow this to be activated (“If you got Visual Composer by purchasing WordPress theme this does not grant you with direct license for Visual Composer. In such case updates and support is managed by your WP theme author.”). Can you advise how I can get this purchased plugin to work?
